Mixer’s long-established exhibition series, Printed which sheds a light on the history and production of print art while aiming to make art accessible, is bringing together the remarkable print works of master artists and young generation with its new edition   opening in November 2020.

Printed’20 is the 6th volume of Mixer’s annual exhibition series, will open on 7th November 2020. Previous chapters in this series of exhibitions laid a foundation to introduce the audience to the variety of possibilities that editioned, multiple works offer such as, etchings, lithography, linoleum prints, silkscreens, photography and sculpture. Trusting in the power of collaborating with independent curators, Mixer invited Kerimcan Güleryüz, the founding partner of x-ist and owner and director of The Empire Project for the curation of this year’s edition. Printed’20 desires to provide a more in depth look into the practice of artists who are expressing themselves through this alternative method of artistic production. Featuring the work of master and established artists as well as fresh new talents, the audience is invited to delve deeper into both the nature of the medium or trace the course of the journey of a work from its unique beginnings to how it goes forth and multiplies.

Printed’20 exhibition, taking place between November 7 – December 12 at the Mixer, offers the opportunity to see the periodical changes of prints and reproducible works of artists from different generations who work in various mediums, ranging from etching, linoleum printing to sculpture, and photography.
